Itinerary
Day 01: First day today: Transfer from Shimla to Sangla (225 kms, Approx 7-8 hrs)
- Your first day will be about new adventures and wonderful escapades. Are you ready for the amazing trip ahead?
- Once you reach Shimla by train or plane, you can check into your hotel and relax.
- Get ready to explore the local areas of Shimla.
- Our driver will first take you to Kinnaur Sangla via Rampur.
- Sangla Valley is the most picturesque region near Kinnaur. You can take relaxation or picture breaks in between.
- On reaching Sangla Valley, you can visit the most famous Hattu Peak - the tallest peak in the region. From the place, you can witness the beauty of the mighty Central Himalayas.
- Do click some wonderful pictures from the place. Also, you can visit the traditional wooden-carved temple of Goddess Kali. Seek divine blessings at the temple and experience peace of mind.
- After having a great time, you can head to your pre-booked hotel in Sangla.
- Check into your hotel and have your dinner. It is time to retire for the day.
Day 02: Day to explore nature: Sangla to Chitkul local sightseeing, and back to Sangla.
- Get up to the awe-inspiring beauty of Sangla Valley.
- Have your delicious breakfast and get ready to explore the local region.
- Our driver will first take you to Kamru Village - you can visit the Kamru Fort and a Temple dedicated to Kamaksha Devi - Seek divine blessings at the temple.
- You can then explore the local areas of Sangla, ideally situated on the banks of the Baspa River.
- If you are a nature lover, you will love the beauty of the gigantic Raldang Peaks from a place that offers wonderful views.
- Next, you will visit Chitkul - it is the last village situated on the Indo-Tibetan border. Besides being a tourist attraction, the village is famous for its culture.
- If you like photography, you can witness the beauty of the Bhaspa River flowing through the region. Take a walk around the region, and you can also visit the famous Bhaspa valley, explore the nearby regions, and witness the beauty of the gigantic Kinner Kailash peak from the village.
- It is time to head back to your hotel for a night's stay.

Day 03: Leave Sangla and head to Kalpa 2,758 metres / 9,048 feet (40 kms, Approx 2-3 hrs)
- It's the day to head to your next destination on the tour - Kalpa. Have your breakfast and head to Kalpa.
- On the way to Kalpa, you can take a stopover at Reckong Peo - it is where you can shop for some lovely things.
- After exploring this wonderful place, you can stop for lunch at a nearby restaurant.
- You can try the local Tibetan dishes and enjoy the food.
- You will then leave for Kalpa, which will take a few hours.
- Ask for picture breaks or relaxation breaks in between.
- On reaching Kalpa, you will check into a pre-booked hotel and relax.
- You are then free to visit the local Kalpa market.
- Have your dinner and head back to your hotel for a night's stay.
Day 04: Time for Kalpa Local Sightseeing
- Today is the day to explore the local Kalpa region. Have your breakfast and get ready to visit the places around.
- Our driver will first take you to Kalpa Village and Roghi Village.
- Both villages are known for their Apple Farms and thick pine trees.
- Next, you can witness the beauty of Mt. Kinner Kailash (6000 meters) from the village.
- The views from this place are captivating as the sun rays glow on the snow-capped peaks, giving away a crimson glow. You can take some great pictures at the place.
- Kalpa is also one of the last few villages on the Indo-Tibetan border. You can relax amid nature and then head back to your hotel for a night's stay.
- Have your delicious dinner and sleep tight.
Day 05: Last day today: Transfer from Kalpa to Shimla (245 kms, Approx 8-9 hrs)
- It's your last day of the Sangla tour today.
- Get ready, and our driver will take you back to Shimla.
- Have your breakfast and get ready for the drive.
- On your way to Shimla, you can enjoy the wonderful tourist attractions of Narkanda.
- Ask the driver for a relaxation break in between.
- Once you reach Shimla, our driver will drop you at the Shimla airport or the Shimla railway station.
- Your spellbinding Sangla tour comes to an end.
